included). In terms of the patient, the test objects
are universal (O, X,
) and can be used with any
language group.

Here is a sample of the opening paragraphs:
Mantenha o livro de teste na caixa enquanto não
estiver a ser usado. Não tocar nas placas com os
dedos; virar as páginas apenas pelas
extremidades. Sentar o paciente de forma a que
os olhos se mantenham a cerca de 30 “inches” do
livro após este estar colocado no suporte
iluminado. Ligar a iluminação e excluir da sala
qualquer luz externa que incida directamente
sobre teste.
