Shin Nippon Tilt Chair TC-450 The SHIN-NIPPON TC-450 Tilt Chair has s sealed hydraulic system which provides smooth, quiet and reliable Up-Down movement. It is operated by an Up-Down switch on the line Control Panel locared on the side of the basrest, which also has a stop switch for itermediate positioning. Tilting is controlled by an electro-magnetic lokcing mechnism that permits effortless tilting motion and instant locking at any desired position by only pressing and releasing of the thumb switch.
